I went through several types of yoga over 14 years – Iyengar, Power, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Acro Yoga, Aero Joga. My yoga practice is also such varying waves, where they adapt to the energy of the group or insert new, other and entertaining positions or assemblies. I also like to put yoga pair or group yoga.
My yoga practice is closest to Vinyasa Flow. However, the lessons may not always be only dynamic and smooth, on the contrary, some lessons may be slow, focused on even greater stretching and deeper meditation in motion. Other times we strengthen more or go through heavier positions so that we can handle them better.
I believe that this approach of my yogi enjoys. Playfulness, relaxation, diversity and pleasant change is also a reflection of our lives.
