We will introduce you to our best friend – movement. You know his basic 3 pillars, their unique benefits and the role played in our general health, happiness and the world. How about cardio? Do we need him? And if so, what about? Lift weights? Do yoga? Or just walk? Maybe you know all of this but you don’t know how to include it in your life. There will be space on this topic. We will try everything together and through various exercises and interactions we will acquire simple tools that will help you make movement really part of your life.
